I have done a LOT of trial and error with various sleep products, most of which make me drowsy the next morning. This does not, so that's good. It also works rather quickly too, usually within 30 minutes. For me, this works better than just melatonin, in the sense that it helps me STAY asleep for more than a few hours, better than melatonin alone. If this is also a problem for you then get this product. It's kind of pricey (hence the 3 star "value" rating) but it's worth it for a good night's sleep. I will say though it's not ENTIRELY effective in that regard though, and so, if you have this problem like I do then what I've finally found works is a combination of this product, and one tablet of 25mg of doxylamine succinate. This combination (and not one or the other) keeps me asleep the entire night. However, the latter is an over-the-counter antihistamine (commonly found in most cold remedies), and I'm wary about using such a product long term. I will be stopping using that for this reason soon, and hopefully now I will be able to go an entire night with just this. We will see. At any rate this is definitely a key component to a good night's sleep for me. You may find that just this does the job; it's worth a try. I just wish it was more consistently available at my local CVS. Woke up even earlier
This is a total waste of money. I’ve been waking up around 5, 4:45 and I’m so tired. Took this last night with high hopes and woke up at 4:10. Just awesome. Didn’t make me sleepy after I took it either.
