The sunshine supplement
I work in a office setting M-F and my Dr told me I had a Vitamin D deficiency. These pills have no aftertaste and you can't beat the value. You can't get enough D3

I find Nature's Bounty to be a great, reputable brand in the vitamin world. This product is a good value as well supplying 10,000IU Vitamin D. These vitamins are easy to take/swallow, and provide an excellent source & amount of Vitamin D. Energy boosting, and great for bone health.
I started taking this supplement when I broke my foot, and not only did it speed up the healing process but where most of my work is inside it gave me a little boost of energy that the beautiful sunshine gives us. It's just a small almost clear capsule, there is no taste, which is a plus because so many supplements taste horrible! I don't drink a lot of milk so I use these for supplement and they work really good. They work the money. You don't have a bad taste.
