    Easy to add to my routine

    These pills are relatively easy to take. Just the right size and not too big. Nature's Bounty is a brand i trust for supplements. The jar is easy to open with a flip top lid and the brand uses trusted ingredients.

    After taste

    The soft gels are easy to swallow and no bad aftertaste. Nature bounty is a great brand and this vitamin E with a higher dose is helpful so you only have to make 1 pill.
