    Good product

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great value for quantity you get. Haven't noticed any side effects and the pills dont leave any taste in your mouth. Pills are easy to swallow and not to large like some can be.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t see any difference expect my urine smelling different. The pills don’t taste bad. They are easy to take. I would say the absorption is fast. Texture is smooth.

    Good for price

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They had good ingredients that would be beneficial for hair growth and post birth. Although it sadly is not labeled as breast feeding safe. There are higher quality vitamins but these are good for the prices.

    Excellent Supplement

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great addition to my daily routine of supplements! I seem to have better results with nail and hair growth with this vs. biotin. Easy to swallow pills with no weird after taste!

    Effective Capsules

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These capsules were a decent size that were not too difficult to swallow. The overall packaging was standard for any of its type. I do think that these capsules had a bit of an aftertaste that I would notice occasionally but there’s no taste to them when taking them. I like they they are gluten free as well and has fairly clean ingredients.

    Great brand

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the brand in general. This product is gluten free and non gmo. Biotin optimizer which is great. Nice packaging and taste is fine if you swallow quickly.

This product is labeled as a "Non-GMO & Gluten Free Supplement" without gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial color, sweetener/flavor, or preservatives, and Non-GMO. It is labeled as supporting antioxidant health, though no evaluation is done by the FDA. After a short period of use I am unable to speak on the efficacy of the supplement.
