Easy to swallow and no after taste! 👅
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a supplement junkie and have been wanting to try Berberine for a while now. There's so many different options that it sometimes feels overwhelming, I've tried other products from Nature's Truth so I know it's a great quality from a brand I trust. I find it so interesting how cinnamon as a supplement can be a great addition. I took my first dose(one capsule to start) and so far I haven't had any unwanted or unpleasant side effects. I didn't notice any kind of "after taste" and the capsule was super easy to swallow. Can't wait to see how these make me feel after a few weeks!
