Started for the flu, stayed for the benefits.
I started this supplement when I had the flu, but after a week I was noticing body changes. I am on week 7 now and the visceral fat around my midsection is melting with no activity changes. My pants are too big now, my shirts are too big now. I've lost fat around my upper arms, butt, thighs, etc. I didn't intend to change my diet, but I have zero desire for snack or junk food. I have ZERO CARB CRAVINGS!!! I can eat them if I want them, I just have no desire for bad foods. Best supplement ever. Real results from this little powerhouse! I just take it, berberine does the rest. Perfect for the leaky gut regime
The only worry I have is that it is 2000mg and I read should be max 1500 a day. But maybe it’s cinnamon in there that makes it more. I love it! Been taking ALL the natures truth supplements they offer since I read that this and lots of the others (lions main, ashwaguada, milk thistle etc) are in happy mammoth. And BOGO was wonderful through CVS. It is making my stomach flatter. Thank you!!!!!!22 users found this review helpful.

However, it is nice that it is non gmo, gluten free, and vegan .
