So pretty!

Maybe good for the long haul?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never taken biotin supplements before so I was excited to try the Nature's Truth pills. The pills are a gorgeous rose gold color that will really appeal to women. The odor is off-putting so I tried to just take the pill quickly. Taking 3 pills a day is a little much, but I found that I was able to stick to that schedule most of the time. I noticed that my urine turned a bright yellow color after I began taking the supplements. I honestly cannot attest to the claims of stronger, healthier hair, skin, and nails, but perhaps I haven't taken the supplements long enough or maybe I'm not absorbing the proper amount of the vitamins and minerals. Smell HORRIBLE
These smell so bad, it’s hard to take them. I have to wash my hands right after cause they will leave the smell on my hands.1 users found this review helpful.
