    Effective with no side effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot claim that these intend to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure ailments or diseases. I think these work fairly well in helping provide a calmer mood and also help to stay asleep. I have also noticed they've been helping with bowel movements as well. I am taking these with other supplements so I can not truly testify to the effects if i were taking alone. However, I do believe they are effecfive. .What I do not like is the very large size of the pills. They are easy enough to swallow but just so large but slick so they do not get stuck on the way down my throat. . They have really no taste. My husband is also experiencing benefits from taking these. Neither of us have had any side effects. I recommend these.

    Very large softgels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand suggests taking 2 quick release softgels daily of this highly absorbable essential mineral. This serving size has 250 mg of Magnesium as Magnesium Citrate, which accounts for 60% of the recommended daily value. There is no taste, but the softgels are very big. I've never had prescribed medicines or vitamins this large before, so if you have trouble swallowing pills this product might not be for you.

    Multivitamin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These capsules are HUGE. Probably one of the largest multivitamins i’ve taken. They don’t really have a taste. It is too soon to tell if they have a positive affect on my health.

    Softgels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are softgel pills which is nice for quick release of the minerals into the body. I like the packaging (the pop open top) & the supplement itself. However, these pills are HUGE which has me second guessing whether I would want to purchase this exact product in the future or not. If you have a hard time swallowing large pills, I wouldn’t recommend this supplement.

    Not totally natural

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I haven’t had a test of my magnesium levels since starting to use this supplement, I can’t tell how well this works from an absorption standpoint. However, there are several additives that I’m not a fan of. I prefer a tablet with less additives.

    not halal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was not able to try these because they use gelatin for the outer coating - would love to see more brands use tablet forms or vegan versions of vitamins!

    Magnesium

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The taste wasn't that great. I do like that it provides some of the magnesium need though. Usually I prefer gummies for my supplements. I also wasn't too fond of the smell. It seems like it does the job but would have prefer other forms.
