Some reviewers are lacking intelligence
Tastes great, and yes guess what? 200 mg of glycinate comes out to 22 mg of elemental magnesium. That’s true for EVERY SINGLE SUPPLEMENT ON THE PLANET. Citrate has a ratio as well. Back to school for everyone2 users found this review helpful. - Verified purchaseReviewed 1 month ago0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on pipingrock.com

Very low Daily Value of magnesium. Read the label!
5% of actual magnesium?!? 5%, for real? The front label boosts 200 mg per serving , but the truth behind label is that you are only getting 5% of the Daily Value of magnesium. Maybe the name of this product is "Nature's Truth" but the truth is that the label is deceptive!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on NaturesTruthProducts.com - bailsReviewed 2 months ago
Misleading
The taste is good but the label is fairly misleading. You see there is 200mg of magnesium glycinate on the front. Only 22mg of that is magnesium. 22mg is nowhere near the daily value recommended. Nobody is buying this aware that they’re only getting 10% of their daily value, and that’s if they take 2. If we wanted glycinate solely, we would just buy glycinate. I mean come on at least put 20% or higher of the daily value lol.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on NaturesTruthProducts.com - BüzziVerified purchaseReviewed 4 months ago0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on pipingrock.com

Deceptive Labeling- ONLY 5% of DV magnesium!
I should have read the label more carefully, but I believed the packaging: 200 mg of magnesium. Unfortunately, on the back it says 22mg!!! 5% of DV! I thought it must be some kind of mistake, but I compared it to other available similar products and this is indeed no mistake. They sold me a magnesium supplement that gives me only 5% of my daily value of magnesium. What a ripoff.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on NaturesTruthProducts.com - Gerri2246Reviewed 7 months ago
Causes excessive gas
Bought this product for mild nocturnal leg cramps and insomnia which it did very little for either one of these issues. What it did do was cause excessive gas and farting for at least 5 hours after ingestion. Will not continue with this product.4 users found this review helpful. - Lied toReviewed 7 months ago
Literally sugar pills...deceptive marketing
Read the label and see that it meets more of your daily requirement of added sugars than of magnesium. Not comparable to other brands at all in amount of actual magnesium. Unethical company. Do not buy these sugar pills.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on NaturesTruthProducts.com
