Everyone keeps saying they are drinking it??? I am going to read their website because it seems like it said it directions "mix with a liquid and spread…." I put magnesium cream on my feet before I walk 5-10 miles every day. Will get this and try it with Oil on my feet and let you know! :) pictured is the one I usually use and would love to make my own.0 users found this review helpful.

Concentrated Mineral Drops

I did start mixing it juice, and orher drinks throughout the day to help. Theres a warning that this has a strong taste, but it does not. It's very bearable. I've taken the recommended daily dosage and so far have not experienced any negative side effects.
