I’ve noticed better relaxation, improved sleep and less muscle tension. It works best with consistency. Awful taste and experience
The taste is so awful I immediately regretted my purchase, although it does improve with each use. The serving size is quite large for only 48% DV of magnesium. Used as pain reliever in carrier oil?
Everyone keeps saying they are drinking it??? I am going to read their website because it seems like it said it directions “mix with a liquid and spread….” I put magnesium cream on my feet before I walk 5-10 miles every day. Concentrated Mineral Drops

I did start mixing it juice, and orher drinks throughout the day to help.
