[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have trouble sleeping GET THIS . I didn't realize how good sleep was until I started taking these. I have trouble falling asleep. I toss and turn all night. I take these an hour and a half before I want to go to bed. By the time I take my shower and have some tea I can barely keep my eyes open. Its melatonin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What you would expect from melatonin. It is effective in making you sleepy. Easy pop open lid, good coating flavor. Great Melatonin Supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a super easy to take, effective melatonin supplement. The tablets are small and fast dissolving, so they are great for anyone who doesn't like trying to swallow horse pills. They also have a subtle berry flavor, so the taste is palatable enough. I like that these tablets contain 12mg of melatonin and you only have to take one per dose. So this bottle lasts me 2 months if I take it every night. I've also had good luck with supplements from Nature's Truth. Not working on me

Effectivness is unmatched!
