It works great!
I bought two bottles and have been taking it for several month's. My last Bone Scan shows really good improvement since my last scan!! I push mow my lawn every week, I have flower and veg gardens, wash and hung clothes on my lines, wash windows, vacuum every other day, walk my German Shepard every day or so around our subdivision. My hip and knees don't hurt anymore, I call this a win win at 74! Vitamin k has make a difference
Well I don't know but since I taking this products I'm able to the my running and no pain on my knees the very next day. Of course I take this vitamin k-3 along with calcium vitamin D and magnesium.
