I use this specific brand “NeilMed” for my sinuses because it works for me, some other brands don’t! It helps with my sinus allergies and congestion! It’s basically a daily sinus maintenance for me so I don’t have to pop an allergy pill every day! They make a pill for every thing but there are side effect with taking antihistamines daily! They eventually stop working! Very salty and not overly moisturizing. Does not fry out nose. If you rub your nose raw and it drips and it will drip out.
