I thought this souped up formula may burn my nasal passages. Nope. It was intuitive to use and that jet stream is thorough. After a few minutes my nasal passages were clean and moisturized. Very salty and not overly moisturizing. Does not fry out nose. If you rub your nose raw and it drips and it will drip out.
