Difficult to attach spray nozzle, then it would not turn off when I stopped pressing it down, so spray went all over. I much prefer using the basic squeeze bottle and packets of pH powder from the same manufacturer, which give me complete control. This product was awkward to use, and made a mess. WORKS WELL AS ADVERTISED!

PRICEY, DOESN'T LAST LONG, IT WORKS
I bought this & used according to directions & it works fantastic! Several reasons for 3stars. The tips are impossible to remove from the clear cap. I had to get my husband to do it. You have to bang it on a counter & do gymnastics to get the tips out. Neil-med spray works great, more convenient that the neti pot or neti spray bottle & packets & nothing to clean & sanitize afterwords. I have had a stubborn L clogged nasal passage, & this stuff works to get the gunk out. Unfortunately, my can only worked for two uses, & it's $11.99 or higher.
