It rinses the nose and keeps it from being dry.

Sinus relief every time
I’ve been using this sinus rinse for years now. It truly helps. I’ve never had success with the Netti Pot, but this squeeze bottle is so easy to use. I do heat up the distilled water for about 10-12 seconds in the microwave before adding it to the bottle to make it feel better in my sinuses. Best nasal care for me
I bought this kit years ago and when I ran out I forgot to replace it. This kit clears my nasal passages and helps with my stuffed sinuses keeping everything clear and moisturized. Using their pharmaceutical grade saline packets and using distilled water makes a huge difference. The squeeze bottle is soft and easy to squish and easy to clean afterwards. Mine came prefilled with distilled water! That must be a change (past purchases were an empty bottle). The product did not deliver as promised. I used it but it did not open my nostrils. I have this product at home already, however, I was on vacation and only needed to rebuy the application bottle.
