Effective nasal rinse
This is my go to nasal rinse as opposed to the Neti Pot. This is easier but you do need to change the bottles every three months as they say. My eleven year old son has mastered the art of using this thing! When I tell you he really CLEARS his nasal passage, I am not kidding!
