As a wrist and thumb splint, not too bad except that the universal size is way too small. The thumb strap barely makes the wrap with only the tip of the Velcro strap reaching. The four wrist straps range in length from adequate at the arm end to not being able to reach around at the hand end. When worn for over 1/2 hour, the splint causes itching on my arm and wrist. My other brace, without the thumb splint, causes no itching at all even after a full day of use. Great product!
My physical therapist recommended that I look for a padded wrist brace as I was recovering from tendinitis in my wrist from too much golf practice. This wrist wrap is perfect, added in the additional padding I needed to minimize impact and reduce repeated irritation and pain, wraps solid to stabilize my wrist and is very comfortable to wear. As a cleaner I am constantly using my hands all day and the wrist support really helps with my wrist when it has been overworked from working and pain from carpal tunnel throughout my hand. Its made of therapeutic neoprene, elastane, polyester and polyamide. It is easy to care for and keep clean the care recommendations say to hand wash and lay flat to dry. It comes in a universal size, I wear a womans large glove and this fit perfectly there's plenty of room to fit smaller or larger hands no problem, as it is easily adjustable and easy to put on. I have arthritis so this came in really handy while I was moving some boxes in my spare room it offers great and comfortable support, the therapeutic neoprene keeps your muscles warm for added comfort. I'm very happy with this wrist support I will continue using when the need arises.
