Help reduce itchy and pain

Neosporin Pain Itch Scar Antibiotic Ointment
Neosporin Pain Itch Scar Antibiotic Ointment I started using it last week for the first time. I was looking for neosporin for pain and itching for my poison ivy itching rashes. Till I saw it with scar, I thought yeah because of my itching rashes looked like alligator skins. I was hoping that would help prevent scars from poison ivy itching rashes from forming permanently. I noticed it had some strange odors and easy to apply on those alligator skins. Still too early to confirm if they really help on scars after using one week. Cross my fingers.
