Very convenient, around the home or on the road.
I use it in my coffee mixes. I make my dry coffee, sugar & milk mix (no water)to carry, then when I want coffee, scoop a certain amount of mix into a cup/glass, add water, mix, then I'm "good to go"!! Been doing this for years. Makes creamy hot cocoa!
I make my own hot cocoa mix for my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I have used Nido Fortificada Dry Whole Milk for years in my recipe. The result is a much creamier cocoa than mix made with nonfat dry milk and better than any commercial cocoa mix. Every fall I make a huge batch, using two large cans of Nido, in preparation for winter. Mixes well and tastes great!

After tasting i am a believer
I always disliked powdered milk. A few years ago i spent several years doing a bicycle tour and decided i would have to bite the bullet and revisit powdered mik. Never heard of Nido till riding across the middle of nowhere Texas. Little town had a can that said "whole milk". In disbelief i bought a small can and tried it in my cereal the next morning. I was co.pletely amazed at how much it tasted like milk. Much better than any other pwdered milk i had ever tasted. It even tasted great when i dipped my Oreos in it. I absolutely love this product and i am a milk officianado. I drink 3 or 4 gallons a week but am tired of paying the exorbent prices on top of the gas to get it two or three times a week. Will be stocking up on Nido Fortfacado to fill in between trips to buy regular whole milk. The "why you like it area needs to add one more reason. The reason i got into it.
