    irritating new formula

    I used this product for several years with no issues before buying my last bottle with the changed formula. I only use it around my eyes, and it caused severe redness and peeling on my eyelids. I think this was from the addition of panthenol/vitamin b. wish the formula would have stayed the same.

    Love this foundation, but new formula in my color.

    I ABSOLUTELY loved this foundation. Good coverage with a very light feel. Im really sad when they changed the formula my color i use 80 doesnt even come close to matching. Ive ordered six different colors and cant match. Please help.

    smell-formula change 2025

    my new bottle of neutrogena ivory 20 smells terrible. i am so dissappointed in this. I have been using NEUTROGENA FOR many years. Please re-evaluate and consider returning to the previous formula. Finding a foundation that you love and then having this happen is awful. Code on Bottle 1134j 2026MAR

    Product has changed...need to look for new brand

    I've been wearing this product color nude 40 for many years and it went on perfect and coverage was great. My last bottle i bought felt more greasy and didn't go on as smoothly. I also noticed the color was DIFFERent and had more of an orange tone. I will not be buying this product in the future as I noticed many other people HAd the same complaint about the changes to the product. I have always only used neutragena products but unfortunately I now need to look for another brand.

    Formula completely changed

    I have used healthy skin foundation for 10 years. The last 6 months or so, I was taken aback by the strong toxic smell of the foundation. I ended up just buying a different shade which didn't have the pungent odor. Come a couple of months ago, ALL of the shades smell toxic now. I decided to buy it anyways and it's completely different and completely awful. It's super thin, smells like paint thinner, orangey dark shade (#30 was nowhere near this shade before), looks splotchy on face and totally dries out my skin like paper. With the cost of everything going up, (neutrogena has definitely doubled in price the last few years), I will be hunting down a new brand. Nice knowing you Neutrogena. Not sure what you were thinking with this crap formula.

    If it ain't broke, don't fix it

    I had just a few remaining drops of an old bottle of Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup ivory o2 and decided it was time to replace my makeup. I went to the store and purchased the new makeup and went home, excited to use it. Upon opening the new bottle, though, I was SEVERELY let down. this new bottle was not the makeup I had used for years. First, the tint was slightly orange. Next, the consistency was thinner, almost watery. Finally, The smell was noticeably different and this new scent really bothered me. The only difference I really could find was the addition of vitamin b to the ingredient list. I put the two lists side by side to figure out why it was so different! Unfortunately, i had to return the makeup to the store. I am currently on the hunt for a new foundation. I also went to a different store to make sure it wasn't just that one bottle that was different, but the other bottles (in various tints) also smelled the same, the "new" not-so-improved version. really sad have to find a new product since this as this was my go to makeup. Please bring back the former formula. Sincerely, a very disappointed consumer :(

    More skin tones please

    Need more shades for darker skin tones. This has been a complaint for years. Fix it!

    Best foundation FOR my sensitive 63 year old skin

    Ive been using this foundaTion for awhile. No matter what other foundation I try, I always return to using this one.
