I have light brown eyelashes, and I don't like heavy-looking makeup. This mascara gives silky definition-just what I wanted.

1st use and my lashes were clumpy. I am disappointed. I had to fix them with a separating brush. It looked pretty dry when I first looked at the brush. Not worth the $ or wait.

Although i have used Neutrogena skin products for over 30 years this is my first eye product. So far i have been pleased with the results. I am switching my routine from discontinued Healthy Skin products to the Hydro Boost products and decided to give the mascara a try.

I do not recommend this mascara. It is very sticky and clumpy. Mascara does not coat the wand evenly. Huge clumps of gooey mascara comes out at the tip after pulling wand out. The wand is less than desirable when brushing lashes.

I like that it goes on dark and makes my lashes stand out, but it flakes. Not a lot but enough to be irritating. I've used other brands that flake or clump much worse, but I was hoping for better from Neutrogena.
