99% no more
I have been using these for 20yrs , i dont know what you did to the wipe , they are like tissue paper. You cannot claim to remove 99% of make when it is false , they are dry not moist anymore . They work !
Very gentle and ultra soft makeup remover wipes. You can use it if your skin is sensitive. Works well with waterproof makeup ( including mascara). Great price and high quality. I take these wipes everywhere! They stay in my travel bag, my work bag, and my gym bag. They remove everything. The wipes didn’t burn or irritate the skin. Very appropriate for sensitive skin.
