The best for removing waterproof mascara!
When it comes to removing waterproof mascara, this stuff is THE BEST hands down. I've tried many other products, but nothing I've used removes it quite as thoroughly as this stuff. Simply shake it up, apply it to a cotton round and swipe away. Doesn't leave a heavy residue or irritate my sensitive eyes either. This product takes off waterproof mascara easily! It does not break you out and it is gentle on your skin. The scent is subtle and not strong.
