    Patchy white cast

I would give zero stars if i could. Ultra sheer is the most ridiculous name for a sunscreen that leaves my face looking like im wearing clown make up. Never dires down to sheer on me. I bought 2 bottles and they arent inexpensive. My skin is light- medium tone and im left with a terrible patchy white cast.

crazy whitecast and drying, will not absorb/blend

I’m fairly light skinned and the whitecast from this sunscreen still makes me look ill. Just refuses to blend in/absorb. I get that it’s a mineral sunscreen but the formula really isn’t helping. It’s also really drying

    “Mineral sunscreen with Chemical Filters@

I wish brands would stop putting chemical Spf Boosters in sunscreens they call “100% mineral.” This product caused my face and neck to become so red and IRRITATED. It contains Butyloctyl Salicylate and Ethylhexyl Methoxycrylene SPF boosters which are chemicals and known to cause adverse reactions in some people.

Overpriced and caused an allergic reaction…

This sunscreen pilled on my face, left a noticeable white cast (and I’m very fair), and caused redness and irritation on both my face and neck. I have rosacea-prone skin and don’t experience this with other mineral sunscreens, so it seems specific to this formula. Not suitable for sensitive or reactive skin. I paid $21 for this tiny bottle and it was such a waste, it’s only $16 at Target in case you want to try it for a cheaper price.

Terrible white cast and too thick to rub in

I’m baffled this has so many good reviews. This turned me into a a ghost and I didn’t even use to recommended amount. I expect some cast with mineral sunscreens, but this was terrible. My husband audibly laughed when I came out of the bathroom. It should be criminal to say ultra sheer and invisible on this packaging. I’m a medium to light skin tone. Do not waste your money.

Horrible white cast. No where near sheer

This is the furthest thing from “invisible” or sheer. Its got TERRIBLE white cast and is thick so its tough to blend in well before it starts pulling on your skin. COULDN'T even use the RECOMMENDED amount BECAUSE i looked like a ghost. This is on mildly tan white skin.

    “ultra sheer” is a joke.

Calling this sheer is doing the product a disservice. its not a bad sunscreen, but the white cast is too severe for darker skin. im white as a sheet of paper, but yellow toned, and its so noticeable i cant wear it alone. my nephew is mixed and he looked straight up ashy. there are better formulations of mineral spf on the market that dont do this. the sunscreen is perfectly fine but dont call it sheer if darker skin cant use it.
