I was skeptical at first. But I did see results after about 2 months of using it. I'm a 60-year-old male who though I don't have hair loss, I do have very fine hair. It increased the volume, thickness, and strengthened my hair. I'm at 3 months in now and will continue to use this product. It's not a completely noticeable difference, it's not like you can't tell I don't have thin hair. For me it's been a subtle difference. But I'm not sure if prolonged use would make a difference.
