Formula change not good
Over the last several months this conditioner has destroyed my hair. I have used nexxus humectress for years so I never put two and two together why my hair has been breaking and shedding so much and my scalp has been more irritated. I didn’t realize what a drastic change to the ingredients was made.No more panthenol elastin, no more keratin, no more coconut oil. I found my old bottle I had saved and in comparison these new ingredients are nothing more than drug store garbage. My hair is no longer getting what it needs from humectress. Maybe one of the other conditioners would be better, but honestly after what this new formula has done to my long beautiful hair, I am terrified to try . Amazing moisturizing conditioner for dry hair
This conditioner is a god send, it’s great for detangling and moisturizing my hair and my extensions! I live in a dry climate and this conditioner does wonders for keeping my hair moisturized. It smells like salon quality conditioner, the packaging looks sleek and is easy to keep clean in the shower, and rinses out well so your hair doesn’t feel weighed down afterwards and keeps its volume. Poor quality
I have been using nexxus humectress for a long time. Awful formula change
I have been using nexxus humectress since I was in high school and LOVED it. I have thick hair on the dryer side and this conditioner has always left it silky smooth. Whatever changed has my hair feeling thicker and like starch. I can’t even get my fingers through it . Worst product change ever. I am so disappointed. Bring back the original formula then Ill be back
I have been using Nexxus since my early twenties!! I hv recommended it gave it as gifts. stopped by strangers to write down my routine seriously! And that was NY! Ladies I am 65! 45 years using this product and now my hair is dry, clumps up and looks horrible!! I maybe gone before your company is but please do us all a favor and bring back the original formula u were ahead of the times! now its just lacks luster and has waxy build up.
