Minimizes cravings, but won’t adhere well
I’ve been using these patches for a few days in an effort to quit nicotine pouches (think Zyn, Velo, etc). These patches will not provide the euphoria and relief associated with that new pouch or first puff of a cigarette—addicts will know what I’m talking about here—but they are affective in minimizing the gnawing, unbearable cravings and feelings of despair associated with sudden cessation of nicotine use. That said, the patch doesn’t adhere terribly well to skin. The user must be mindful to apply it well and to occasionally check if it’s still attached.
