They kept a nice crunch to them even after being soaked in pudding. Perfect summer cookie

While they are great by themselves, they really shine in a summer banana pudding. A few bananas, some vanilla pudding and fresh whipped cream makes the perfect summer outing dessert. Classic almost vanilla not healthy tasty cookie

They taste great and have just the right amount of chewiness and crispiness. There is no actual vanilla in nilla wafers, which is why they are called nilla. They are not healthy cookies, with 140 calories per serving and lots of added sugar and high fructose corn syrup - a hugely unhealthy 20% of your daily added sugar in just one serving.
