I've been using this body wash for many years and always LOVED its clean scent and reliability. But the latest bulk order I received was a huge letdown. Right away, I noticed the smell was completely off - weird and funky. I checked the recent reviews and saw that I'm not alone - plenty of other longtime users are saying the same thing. Looks like the formula has been changed, and not for the better. If this new version is here to stay, I'll have to start looking for a new body wash. New formula not good!
Ive been using this body wash for years and always appreciated its great scent and reliability. But the latest order I received was a huge letdown. Should've renamed the new Active Clean bodywash
I'm not sure what you did to the Active Clean bodywash but it's definitely nothing like the old product. You should have released it as a different product. The smell is more akin to a leafy plant and not very pleasant. It's been watered down to the point where, when poured in your hands, it'll leak out between your fingers. And it doesn't clean as well as it used to. You took a good product and turned it into garbage. Fortunately, I have a few of the old bottles left. What did you guys do?
In my opinion you've taken an excellent product and destroyed it. The new formula smells bad and makes me itch. I don't know why you changed, but it was a bad decision. Reading the reviews here and on various retailer sites makes that abundantly clear. After years of using the old formula, I'll now have to find a new body wash.
