    Great Fish Oil

    Been us product for 2 plus years with QC10 and a year or so before adding QC10. My doctor agreed the the product was the right formula. While in the past I sometime tasted any fish oil I used. She suggested freezing fish oil to her patients so when I receive my order it goes in freezer and if works.

    Ingredients 5-star, Capsule Size Is Challenging

    My 3-star review is specific to my physical capabilities. The Ultimate Omega +CoQ10 capsule delivers top quality nutritional value. Personally I have difficulty swallowing the capsule's elongated size and have been trying several techniques to gain a smooth swallowing process. The technique I have settle on that works sometimes is difficult to replicate. The recommended daily dose is two capsules. For me, I would maller, more manageable size, e.g. 2 capsules twice a day, so 4 smaller size capsules daily taking the angst out of the experience (for me) each time I need to take the current size capsule.
