Hate to say it but the scent ruined it for me…
Disappointed with the scent. I love the smell of the curl defining line but this smelled horrible to me. I couldn't use it

Terrible
Does not define my curls/waves. Tried different amounts. Makes my hair very dry and flat. My hair is more frizzy with the creme. I do not reccomend at all. Returning product to the store.

HG Curl Cream!
I am post menopausal, color my hair, and swim, a lot. So basically a recipe for super dry hair. I love this curl cream! After years of dealing with frizzy, dry curls, this product created beautiful spirals with shine, hydration, and bounce. I've never received so many "your hair looks great" compliments as I have with this product. HG for me.

It works for my hair, but I did it my way!
I have a combo of 2A/2B wavy hair. When I use this curl cream after using my leave-in spray conditioner and hair oil on my ends, and my hair is still more wet than dry, it will actually straighten my hair. But if I do all the same steps, but wait until my hair is almost dry to apply the curl cream, my hair is wavy the next morning. FYI, this is without blow drying my hair and waiting to wash my hair until bedtime. I get better beachy looking waves if I skip scrunching and blowing drying my hair at the same time, and just go to bed with almost dry hair. I love the soft fragrance of his curl cream and after using my hair doesn't feel like it has any product in it. FYI, my hair is chemically highlighted and low lighted, my light is just below my shoulders, and it's medium in texture and I have a lot of it. I do, occasionally, use a beach wave spray, but those leave a texture to my hair and can dry it out. The curl cream is gentler.
