    Quality product

    I bought the kid's detangler because the regular detangler seems to be out of stock or discontinued? The kid's dt doesn't smell as wonderful as the regular version, but still smells great and made my hair very manageable for blow drying.

    Arrived damaged, supervisor not helpful

    It arrived open, drpping thru a light padded envelope... no plastic wrappig around it or any wrapping at a!l to keep it from rolling inside a.much !arger envielope. I don't drive so I asked my husband to drive me so I may return it . The store said the policy is not to take it back???? that I shld deal with the online CVS. where I got it When I asked to talk to the Manager, was informed they were both out--it was 4pm. CVS did not accept responsibility for delivering a damaged item and said I shld ship itback, dripping as it was. Even if I could wrap it well, I'd have to pay for shipping the item. Nobodycared abt customer satisfaction. I will not continue to try & support this local retaill store.

    Highly effective and recommended

    This is the only product that works on detangling my daughter’s curly hair.. and doesn’t suffocate you when spraying it!
