No taste is great

The suggested serving is 4 a day but I started with just 1 and worked my way up. Works well... a little big

Its become a habit after some recent life events that cause me a great deal of anxiety. These work well! Hard to swallow due to size.

I've been taking them for a month and found I have been sleeping a bit better. Unfortunately they are rather large and can be difficult to swallow.
