To the person who wrote the previous review, it is obvious they are ignorant and have not done research. Black pepper in the actual vitamin plays a crucial role in the absorption of the other ingredients. It matters when and where you take something for maximum benefit. It’s not about when you eat black pepper in your cooking. How about before leaving a terrible review due to your ignorance you actually research. With that, I’ll add that I had done plenty of research before settling on purchasing this brand years ago. They used to sell on Amazon and their package contained 120 capsules for about $17. That was a 2 month supply. Now it’s a similar price for a month supply. Also it used to be 1500mg, now it’s 1405mg. I’m not sure what has changed but something was reformulated. The pictures of the label do not show the actual breakdown of ingredients, which would be highly helpful. I have searched high and low for this brand only to come across it today. I need to try it again to see how things have changed but from my experience I highly recommend this brand. Can feel the difference!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking this sea moss supplement for about a month now, and I do think it's making a difference in my health! It's still hard to say since it's only been a month, but I've noticed that I have more energy. Usually I would feel tired in the late afternoon and since I've been taking this I don't feel that as much anymore. I'm sure this will give me more benefits after a while of using it, but so far I am impressed. I know sea moss has lots of other benefits as well, like for thyroid or skin health. The pills are pretty large but they don't really have any flavor. I think the value of these are great as well. Beneficial supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am familiar with sea moss and I’m very surprised with the taste of this capsule form. Though they are a bit large size, they’re not that hard to take. It’s a good size packaging well sealed/ bottle with 60 capsules which seem to be a good value. I do have some improvement in digestion and energy levels but it’s too early to say for sure as I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks. The packaging clearly states what’s in them and how much you get and should take.. It didn’t have a bad taste and wasn’t hard to get down. You have to take two pills everyday. Not effective as of right now
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking these supplements for a little while now and I haven’t really noticed any changes in my body. I think the packaging is simplistic in imagery and easy to open. There is no significant taste when taking the capsules.
