[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking this sea moss supplement for about a month now, and I do think it's making a difference in my health! It's still hard to say since it's only been a month, but I've noticed that I have more energy. Usually I would feel tired in the late afternoon and since I've been taking this I don't feel that as much anymore. I'm sure this will give me more benefits after a while of using it, but so far I am impressed. I know sea moss has lots of other benefits as well, like for thyroid or skin health. The pills are pretty large but they don't really have any flavor. I think the value of these are great as well. Beneficial supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am familiar with sea moss and I'm very surprised with the taste of this capsule form. Though they are a bit large size, they're not that hard to take. It's a good size packaging well sealed/ bottle with 60 capsules which seem to be a good value. I do have some improvement in digestion and energy levels but it's too early to say for sure as I've only been taking it for a few weeks. The packaging clearly states what's in them and how much you get and should take.. It didn't have a bad taste and wasn't hard to get down. You have to take two pills everyday. Not effective as of right now
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking these supplements for a little while now and I haven't really noticed any changes in my body. I think the packaging is simplistic in imagery and easy to open. There is no significant taste when taking the capsules. A great alt if you don’t like goo

Hard to say if it's placebo or if they're actually helping with anything, but I can confirm there were no negative health effects! Does not upset my stomach!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I like these sea moss supplements, but as with any supplements I think it takes time to notice any real effects or benefits, and consistency is key. Ultimately i am reviewing these based on their digestibility as i often have issues with vitamins and supplements, and these i do not. There's also no funky taste!
