Nice sleep aid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this in and used for more of a sleep aid. Does help you get that non restless sleep all through the night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give this a couple of weeks before reviewing since I had already been taking another brand of magnesium glycinate. I started this right after I started taking Tirzepatide. I am falling asleep easier, waking up more refreshed and most importantly, I am regular. The directions say to take 5 capsules but I have been doing well with 2 capsules nightly. I am short and thought I would see how 2 worked for me and I don't think I need to increase. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because they do seem a tad chalky even though they are capsules. This is perfect because it combines 3 different types in one. The bottle is a good size but the serving size is kind of large. Beneficial

My neurologist had recommended me take Magnesium for my migraines. I like how this contains different types of magnesium. My only complaint is the serving size says 5 pills and these pills are large. I wish the serving size was 1-2 pills. I start to gag after taking so many pills.
