    My essentials for long runs

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff works! Take it from an avid long-distance runner. For my 8+ miles runs I usually have two bottles in my hydration vest - one bottle with Nuun Sport + Caffeine (for the first part of my run) and one bottle of Sport Hydration (for the second). Both are easy on GI and give me a kick! My favorite flavor for Sport + Caffeine is Mango Orange - very natural and not overwhelming.

    Amazing

    The flavor of the drink is amazing and I feel way better when running when I’m drinking it. Definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone!
