A Great Value
This is my first time ever using eyelash primer. I did no research on it and assumed that they were all clear, but this is a dark one. If I didn’t know any better, I would think it was mascara in itself. I do feel as though it is definitely delivering and making my eyelashes appear more prominent than what they actually are. It is a fantastic value for the money and I would not hesitate to purchase it again.0 users found this review helpful.

It is a good mascara the packaging is designed good no leaking or anything there is no sent the wand make the application so easy. Gives beautiful volume without smudging or flaking
I really like the NYX On The Rise mascara! It gives my lashes a beautiful, natural-looking volume without clumping or feeling heavy. Colored Primer and/or mascara
I didn’t know what to expect when I purchased this. Maybe I thought this primer was tubing. I got the colored one & I am pleasantly surprised. I couldn’t find directions of it should dry before applying mascara. There is an obvious boost in length once I add my mascara. I haven’t had any flaking or clumping. I usually comb through my mascara but I don’t need to when I use this. It really could just be mascara. My lashes feel softer with it too. I guess I got lucky.1 users found this review helpful.
