Pigmentation was great!

Good color, but not smooth application

Comparable to other pencil liners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this liner hoping it would have better staying power than other pencil eyeliners. It wore off and smudged similar to how other pencils have worked for me in the past. The tip could also be smaller because it became dull really quickly and it was hard to get a precise line. I do like how many colors this line of pencils has, and I think if you're looking for a color liner this might be worth a try. Beautiful sapphire color
