[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried NYX Wonder Snatch Loose Setting Powder in the shade Peach Posse, and it matched my skin tone well. That is what I was going for. I didn’t want to get a lighter color to use for highlighting, but rather something to help set my makeup and mattefy it, and that’s exactly what this powder does. I’ve found that it doesn’t seem to sit in my creases, but rather makes them less noticeable. I don’t notice a residue of any kind, and it seems to last a long time before needing to reapply. I’m saying this while wearing it in the midwest in winter though, so we shall see how long it lasts come summer. To apply, I usually use a brush and just put a light amount over my entire face, but you could also use a puff to apply it under your eye (as I do in the video) or under your cheekbone to create that lifted effect. Now for the packaging. I love the small size. It makes it so much more portable that other brands. This one is small enough to carry in a purse without taking up much space. The only thing I don’t like is the twist shut feature. This has a piece between the lid and the base that twists open to reveal holes and let the powder out. I would love this feature if it worked properly, but no matter what I do, powder still leaks out of the holes when they are covered. I hope mine is just faulty and that this feature works properly for others. Regardless, it does prevent most of the powder from coming out, but I always end up with some on the sink. Overall, I love this product. Solid matte finish. A good staple finishing powder
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid loose setting powder. I will say I'm glad I already had a powder brush otherwise it could be tricky figuring out what to use to apply this. I think a wedge square could also work, but a powder brush overallnis best and then I just sprinkled it directly into the brush. Good for setting makeup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love a good affordable product! It doesn’t make my makeup look cakey, and helps it stay on. I have pretty oily skin so I’ll have carry it with me, however it’s pretty lightweight and small so I could pop it right in my bag. Works very well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I didn't know what loose setting powder did so I looked it up and man, I needed this in my life! It helps get the shine out of your T zone which I have a lot of because I have very oily skin. Application is super easy! You just dab some power out, use a brush and dab that into it, get the excess off and then lightly dab onto your face and blend. It can also be used to lighten the bags under your eyes and shape your face (but I don't have the tool for that). It has no scent at all and the powder was super fine. It doesn’t cake or feel chalky, but still mattifies beautifully. It sets foundation really well (especially the make ‘em wonder soft matte foundation) and keeps everything in place without feeling heavy.
