This is a decent conditioner overall. I have curly hair that's thick and tends to tangle easily, and while this product didn't harm my hair, it also didn't do much for it. I didn't notice any major improvement in softness, detangling, or definition. It's not something I reach for regularly, but I could see it working better for other hair types.
