This leaves my hair silky when doing a blowout and provides heat protection. I used to LOVE the scent but lately the formulation has changed. My old bottle was made in the USA and the new one is made in Greece. The old formulation by left my hair smelling lightly perfumed. Love this product but......
I love all OGX products and got the silk blowout but I dont us it much due to the smell its way to strong for me due to im very sensitive to anything that has strong perfumes in it so its a shame 😩. Been using for years and it has been great for my heat protection. It makes my hair straightener glide a lot smoother. The texture is a little thick and sticky, but it works. Great product, bad application
I feel like it does a great job and I do see a difference in the time it takes to blow dry my hair. I have semilong hair and it blow dried in about 6 minutes. I will say I find the spray trigger to be a little awkward. If you dont pull it back all the way and in a swift spray then it comes out more of a stream instead of a mist. I feel like there are much better application bottles then this on the market and they went for appearance over functionality.
