What you've described sounds like "pilling" and happens as a result of moisturizer balling up or flaking on the surface of the skin. Typically, when we see this, it lets us know that you may be using too much product or that the product may be too hydrating for your skin type. A few ways to prevent this is by using less product and being sure to pat the product onto the skin instead of rubbing it in. If that does not help, you may want to consider switching to a product that doesn't offer as much moisture, like one of our serums or lotions.
