However, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your recent purchase. This is not the experience we want you to have and we appreciate your bringing it to our attention. We will share your comments with the rest of our team. There are different factors that can contribute to what’s known as “pilling” -- the moisturizer balling up on the surface your your skin – or flaking when using a moisturizer. This is what you were noticing on your skin, the little balls were the moisturizer. It was not absorbing into your skin. A couple of tips to help prevent this from happening, is to be sure to apply your moisturizer to clean, dry skin. Pilling can also be caused by using too much moisturizer or rubbing it in too hard. We suggest using a little less product and patting it onto your skin rather than rubbing it in. We are happy to hear the Olay Super Cream worked well for you.
