Pure perfection on purple polish!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this top coat with a couple of polishes. When I received it the bottle of top coat was unusable. I was like someone had left the bottle open and I was dried out. Totally goopy and impossible to coat nails. I asked for a replacement which was promptly given—thank you. I love the top coat. But since then, my daughter told me that of 4 polishes I sent to her 2 of them had the same problem. Completely unusable. I am wondering about quality control at this point and it it making me question whether or not to ever buy more polishes.
