I have been taking these daily for 1 month. I started noticing a difference in my symptoms not being as severe and hard to navigate after about 3 weeks. They are easy to swallow and have a sweet maple syrup flavor. They have lessened my mood swings and helped with the overall feeling of overwhelm. I call them low patience days and those are not as often as before. I also noticed before taking them my deodorant wasn’t working as well and was having to switch deodorants often now I don’t have to. I’m doing my best to choke these down daily, but the smell hits you the second you open the bottle and it’s instant nausea. When I pop the giant hard to swallow tablet in my mouth the taste is almost overwhelming and it takes every bit of self control I have to not dry heave and spit it out. These were recommended by my Dr, but she did strongly warn me about the smell and taste, I just thought she was exaggerating a little. Nope, if anything she may have even downplayed it. Worth it for the changes I've seen
The biggest change I've noticed is sleep - for the first time in years, I'm not having to take a sleep aid. I'm sleeping at least 6 hours before waking at all, which is life changing. Is that maple syrup I smell?
I gave this product a 4-star currently. I have noticed less sweating at night and hot flashes, but I'm still waiting to see if other effects take place. I'm really hoping this will help with some extra pounds. I DO one weird side effect of this product that should be stated is the smell of "maple syrup" or a sweet smell from taking fenugreek. I thought I was crazy when I would lift my arms or roll over and get a sudden whiff of sweetness or the smell from the pill. When I looked it up, that is a very common side effect of taking fenugreek, a sweet "maple syrup" smell in urine, sweat, and even breastmilk. Just interesting. Overall, I'm happy with the product, just waiting to see what it may do longterm. I also had a top that completely came off when I opened the lid and the writing on the label was so small, I can't even read it with glasses or bright lights. Life changer!
I have had horrible and I mean horrible perimenopause symptoms. Anxiety had taken over my life. Everything from heart palpitations to hot flashes to sweaty nights and back around to sheer panic was how every day of my life went. I started taking these about 2 weeks ago. I take them first thing in the morning with some water and carry on about my day. I’m not sure why or how but I am here to tell you that since taking these vitamins, I have not had one anxiety attack, not one hot flash or heart palpitation. I feel great! I do still get sweaty at night but I am ok with that. Loving these!
I started taking these vitamins because after doing research & reading on perimenopause I have decided that I have some of the symptoms. Not all but some. The biggest ones being night sweats and hot flashes. Since taking this vitamin those symptoms have stopped, especially the night sweats. I would wake up on a daily basis at 2:30-3am feeling so hot & sweaty! I keep my air conditioning at 67° and while my husband would be freezing, I’m sweating my butt off.
