These really do work!
As someone who struggles with insomnia, I have tried several sleep supplements and they never work, then I tried OLLY Fast Dissolves and ever since then, I have slept like a baby! They are very tasty and they make me sleepy quickly to where it only takes about 25 minutes for me to fall asleep and I awake refreshed in the morning. Not for us!

This product contains 5mg of melatonin, a dose that has shown to be effective in promoting sleep in many scientific studies. Individual responses to any supplement can vary, and some people find they benefit from a lower dose of melatonin while others benefit from a higher one. Settles down my ADHD child
These work better than any other brand we've tried. My ADHD teen takes one at 9:00 and is sleepy and ready to fall sleep before 10:00.
