Amazing
So I'm not really sure about the effectiveness, but I can't say that the ingredients are delicious considering the fact that I ate the entire container in one setting so the taste is pretty good. Most hair growth vitamins do not actually work and I end up seeing no results, however these gummies are like not other and the amount of growth I've seen in my hair in just one month is mind blowing! Good vitamin but the taste isn't great
I think it's helping my hair but if you brush your teeth before taking don't bother, why would someone make a citrus flavor for a gummy you'll probably be taking in the morning when you brush your teeth. Yuck! They work!!
