I suffer from the worst PMS and nothing seems to help. I do feel when I took these it did help calm my symptoms. I was less moody, crampy, and less exhausted. The issue for me is these rings taste awful and are so hard to chew. I had to throw out half a bottle unfortunately. Please Olly make these into the consistency of the gummies for sleep. They are so much easier to chew and taste good. Or make them into a pill form. Good Taste, Unsure Results

It’s a bit unclear if they should only be taken during a certain point in your cycle or everyday. I think with something like this it’s hard to tell the effectiveness based on 1 cycle, as I’m very regular but some cycles have worse PMS symptoms than others. Caused irregular periods
Do NOT buy this! This product caused me to have irregular periods for the first time in my life. As a woman with chronic migraine, I’m very in tune with my body and careful about what I put in it. This supplement screwed up my cycle and caused multiple migraine attacks for me. Also, it is a glaring red flag that the majority of the reviews on this product are incentivized. Can do without these

Very effective and yummy
