These vitamins are a powerhouse of nutrients I take them daily. Unfortunately they do have a horrid smell but once you get past that they are actually pretty good! No synthetic flavors or colors. I really like these OLLY Women’s Multivitamin gummies. The flavor is delicious and makes them easy to take every day. Since I started using them, I feel good overall and I don’t get sick as often, which is a big plus for me. They’re gentle on my body and don’t cause any discomfort. lab test said it worked for vitD
