Triple Brain Support
For some reason my health insurance didn't cover my prenatal vitamins - not sure if that was an error but since I was already at the pharmacy the pharmacist recommended this one. I like that it not only has folic acid, DHA but also Choline for triple brain support for your little one. Although it's 'One A Day' it's actually two. One consist of a multivitamin soft gel and the other one is a Choline tablet. These are kind of large but atleast you only take 1 vitamin a day. No flavor. Easy to swallow. Price is reasonable. Amazing!
I took these when I was pregnant with my little one and they were amazing. I like that they didn't upset my stomach or leave a weird taste in my mouth. choline is so important for your baby!
I bought these because of the choline in the white "brain support" pill. Getting enough choline during pregnancy is essential for the baby's brain development.
